	I have browsed other plates on this site and many have stayed focused on the original person or dedication. This is not what I request of this plate. We would love to see what others are thankful for, what giving and receiving means to them. I also would hope this plate embraces all faiths, religions, cultures and spiritual beliefs. I believe the point of a religion, faith or church is to have a sense of community and to be good people, caring people who help others in times of need– and to have something (no matter who or what that is) to reach for or believe in when nothing else seems to suffice. The family that we have passed this plate on to is just that - good, caring people who have made a difference in our life, and I hope this plate travels to many more like them. Won’t it be fun to see where it can go?!
